There’s this great Tax Free Weekend in Missouri right before the school year starts where everything school related is free of sales tax. So you can save a nice little chunk a’ change on clothes, school supplies, LAPTOPS, etc. I know, I know…she’s a little young for her very own, teeny tiny, super cute Mac…but I’ll just hold on to it for a few years. No worries.
So, I was all excited and got her some fall and winter clothes, as well as school supplies, etc. And THANK HEAVENS I didn’t go overboard, as I tend to do, because the other day she put on some of her new, super cute jeans that, just two months ago, had AT LEAST two inches to spare in the length…and they were TOOOOOOOOO SHOOOOORRRRRRRRT!!! I about fell over. I’m not just talking short, like, skimming-the-top-of-her-shoes short. I’m talking barely-keeping-her-kneecaps-warm short! Again, I about fell over! I’ve got one fast growin’, long legged (thanks Patrick!), spunky (thanks Lindsey…ha!), singin’ (Patrick 
), dancin’ (hum…me, again ) chickadee on my hands
